The Lot et Garonne is a fantastic area of South West France with great scenery and lots of places to visit and enjoy.  Easy to get to by road – with motorways all the way through northern France to within some 20 minutes of Duras and served by airports at both Bergerac, some 40 minutes away and Bordeaux just 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Duras has fantastic markets, local shops, 3 boulangeries, at least 3 caves for your local wine and a good selection of restaurants
